Terms of Service

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and FetNet. By creating an account, entering the service, or otherwise using FetNet, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who may use FetNet

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter this agreement, and be legally permitted to access adult-oriented services where you live. FetNet is strictly for adults. We may request age or identity verification and may suspend access while verification is pending. Do not use FetNet if you are required to register as a sex offender or are prohibited by law from using the service.

2. Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify support@fetnet.app of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account unless you promptly report compromise. One person may not impersonate another, misrepresent affiliation, evade an enforcement action, sell an account, or collect credentials from others.

3. Consent and safety

A profile field, fetish tag, “looking for” selection, message, follow, or prior interaction never constitutes consent. Consent must be informed, specific, voluntary, and ongoing, and it may be withdrawn at any time. You are responsible for communicating boundaries and complying with applicable law in online and offline interactions. FetNet does not conduct comprehensive background checks and does not guarantee a member’s identity, statements, intentions, or safety.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant FetNet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transcode, display, distribute, and make technical modifications to your content solely as needed to operate, secure, moderate, promote within, and improve the service. This license is sublicensable only to service providers helping operate FetNet and ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable backup periods, content shared with others that they retain, and records we must preserve for legal or safety reasons.

You represent that you own or have all rights, releases, permissions, and consents necessary for everything you upload; every depicted person is an adult; all depicted conduct was lawful and consensual; and posting the content does not violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, contractual, or other rights.

5. Prohibited conduct and content

You must follow the Community Guidelines. Without limiting them, you may not post or facilitate content involving minors; sexual exploitation; non-consensual intimate imagery; trafficking; coercion; credible threats; doxxing; stalking; fraud; malware; unlawful goods or services; copyright infringement; or attempts to bypass access, privacy, moderation, or payment controls.

6. Visibility, paid access, and recordings

Privacy and audience controls help limit ordinary discovery but cannot guarantee that another person will not copy, record, or redistribute content. Do not upload anything you cannot tolerate being exposed. You may not defeat paid-access controls, redistribute unlocked content without permission, or record private communications or streams without every required person’s consent.

7. Rubies, purchases, and creator features

If virtual items such as Rubies or paid features are enabled, they are a limited, revocable license to use a feature within FetNet—not money, property, a bank account, or legal tender. They have no cash value unless FetNet expressly offers a creator payout program under separate written payout terms. Virtual items may not be transferred outside supported features. Prices, taxes, refund eligibility, and payment-provider terms will be shown at purchase. Do not make a real payment unless a secure checkout and final price are clearly presented.

8. Events and offline activity

Event listings and location information are provided by members or organizers. Unless expressly stated, FetNet is not the organizer and does not endorse, inspect, insure, or control an event. Verify details independently, use appropriate precautions, and follow venue rules and applicable law.

9. Moderation and enforcement

We may review reports and, where permitted by law, content or account activity to enforce these policies and protect the service. We may limit reach, remove content, restrict features, preserve evidence, suspend or terminate accounts, and contact law enforcement or appropriate safety organizations when reasonably necessary. We are not obligated to pre-screen all content.

10. Copyright

Only upload content you have the right to share. We may remove material in response to a sufficiently detailed infringement notice and may terminate repeat infringers. Instructions are in the Copyright Notices section below.

11. Service changes and termination

Features may change, pause, or end. You may stop using FetNet at any time and may request account deletion by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, legal risk, security threats, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive remain effective.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FetNet is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free content, compatibility, member conduct, identity, safety, availability of particular features, or that content will never be lost or copied. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FetNet and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, or losses arising from member conduct or offline interactions. FetNet’s aggregate liability for claims connected with the service will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid FetNet during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold FetNet and its operator harmless from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your material breach of these Terms. This does not require indemnification for FetNet’s own unlawful conduct.

15. Disputes and governing rules

Before filing a claim, contact support@fetnet.app and allow 30 days for an informal resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where FetNet’s operator is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Claims may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction. We do not require private arbitration under this version.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the service or by another reasonable method before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; where law requires affirmative consent, we will request it.

How information is handled

Privacy Policy

FetNet is an adult social platform. Profile choices, messages, interests, content, location, and creator-verification materials can be highly sensitive. This Policy explains what is collected, why it is used, how it is shared, and the choices available to you.

1. Controller and scope

FetNet is the operator and controller of personal information processed through the FetNet website and services. This Policy applies to visitors, members, creators, applicants, and event participants. It does not cover third-party sites or services linked from FetNet.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide, information generated when you use features, and limited technical information produced by your browser and our servers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

3. How and why we use information

• Provide accounts, profiles, feeds, albums, events, messaging, live video, creator tools, moderation, and support.
• Authenticate users, detect misuse, protect members, investigate reports, and maintain service integrity.
• Personalize content and discovery based on choices you make.
• Verify creator identity and adulthood and maintain compliance records.
• Maintain virtual-item and transaction records when those features are enabled.
• Comply with law, enforce agreements, and establish or defend legal claims.
• Analyze and improve reliability, accessibility, and feature performance.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with law, protection of vital interests, and consent. For special-category or similarly sensitive information, we rely on your explicit choice to provide and publish it, consent where required, and other bases allowed by law.

4. When information is shared

• With other members or the public: according to the profile, audience, album, event, and activity settings you select. Public content may be visible without an account.
• With vendors: hosting, storage, database, content delivery, security, communications, support, streaming, identity-verification, and payment providers may process information under contractual restrictions.
• For safety and law: we may disclose information to comply with lawful process, report suspected exploitation, protect a person from serious harm, investigate fraud, or enforce policies.
• Business changes: information may transfer as part of financing, reorganization, merger, sale, or insolvency, subject to law and this Policy.
• At your direction: when you connect, link, or intentionally share through another service.

FetNet does not sell personal information for money. We do not use sensitive profile or creator-verification information for third-party targeted advertising. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide legally required choices first.

5. Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above. Account and profile information is generally kept while your account is active. Creator verification is kept while needed to review the application, maintain creator eligibility, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Reports, enforcement, transaction, and security records may be retained after account closure when needed for safety, accounting, compliance, or claims. Deleted data may remain temporarily in backups.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, including hashed passwords, restricted creator-verification access, authenticated administrative routes, and encrypted transport in production. No system is completely secure. Use a unique password and report suspected compromise promptly.

7. Your controls and rights

You can edit many profile fields and visibility choices in the service. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of personal information; withdraw consent; opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising; and appeal a denied request. You may have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.

Send a request from the email associated with your account to support@fetnet.app with the subject “Privacy request.” We may verify your identity and authority before acting and will respond within the period required by applicable law.

8. Cookies and local storage

FetNet uses an HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in and browser storage to remember choices such as age-gate confirmation and interface state. These are used for requested functionality and security. At this time, FetNet does not describe third-party advertising cookies as part of the service. If analytics or advertising technologies are added, this Policy and required consent controls must be updated first.

9. International use

Information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, FetNet will use an approved transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards. Local privacy authorities may provide additional complaint rights.

10. Adults only

FetNet is not directed to anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has provided information or appears in sexualized content, we will take prompt protective action, which may include removal, account suspension, evidence preservation, and legally required reporting.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy as the service or law changes. Material changes will be announced before taking effect where required. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to support@fetnet.app.

Standards for everyone

Community Guidelines

FetNet welcomes adult expression, including consensual kink and sexuality. That openness depends on bright, enforceable boundaries: adults only, consent always, privacy respected, and no exploitation.

Adults only—without exception

• No person under 18 may use FetNet, appear in content, participate in a stream, or be the subject of sexual discussion or roleplay.
• No sexualized age-play presentation that depicts, impersonates, or is reasonably likely to be understood as depicting a minor.
• Never upload sexual abuse material, grooming content, or material that sexualizes a minor. Report it; do not download, forward, or investigate it yourself.

Consent is mandatory

• No non-consensual intimate imagery, hidden-camera material, sexual exploitation, coercion, blackmail, sextortion, trafficking, or threats to expose someone.
• No recording or publishing a private interaction without all permissions required by law and the people involved.
• Fictional or staged content must involve verified adults, actual consent, and sufficient context so it is not presented as a real act of abuse. FetNet may still restrict extreme material.
• A tag, role, fetish, relationship status, outfit, prior consent, or payment is never permission for a new act or contact.

Respect privacy and boundaries

• No doxxing, stalking, unwanted repeated contact, outing, publishing legal names or private contact information, or encouraging others to target a person.
• No bypassing blocks, account restrictions, paid access, privacy settings, or moderation decisions.
• No downloading, screen-recording, reposting, or selling another person’s content without explicit permission.

No abuse, deception, or illegal activity

• No credible threats, incitement of violence, targeted harassment, hateful attacks, or celebration of serious harm.
• No impersonation, romance scams, payment fraud, fake verification, spam, malicious links, malware, or coordinated manipulation.
• No arranging trafficking, prostitution where unlawful, controlled-substance sales, weapons sales, or other unlawful transactions.
• No content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Commercial and creator conduct

• Label promotions honestly. Do not promise content, access, events, or services you do not intend or have the right to provide.
• Never solicit payment to conceal content, withdraw a threat, or stop harassment.
• Creators are responsible for releases, age records, taxes, and laws applicable to their content and business.

Reporting and enforcement

Use the report control on a profile or post when available, or email support@fetnet.app. Include the URL, username, a concise description, and any relevant time. Do not put illegal imagery in an email. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

FetNet may remove content, reduce visibility, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and make legally required reports. Severe conduct may result in immediate permanent removal. Good-faith reports are protected; knowingly false or retaliatory reports may violate these Guidelines.

Additional creator terms

Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement supplements the Terms of Service. It applies when you apply for creator status or use creator, paid-content, tipping, or live-broadcast features. If it conflicts with the Terms, this Agreement controls only for creator activity.

1. Eligibility and verification

You must be at least 18, legally able to create and distribute your content, and successfully complete any requested identity and age verification. Information and documents must be authentic, current, and yours. Creator status is discretionary and may be reviewed, denied, paused, or withdrawn to protect members or comply with law.

2. Every participant must be an adult and consenting

Before uploading or streaming content involving another person, you must verify that each person was at least 18 when it was created and obtain informed written consent covering the acts depicted, creation of the recording, upload to FetNet, the intended audience, and any monetization. You must honor any legal right to withdraw consent and promptly tell FetNet when continued distribution is disputed.

3. Records and releases

You must maintain accurate age-verification records, model releases, ownership records, and any records required by applicable law, including 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257–2257A and related regulations when applicable. You must provide sufficient proof to FetNet upon a lawful or policy-based request. FetNet’s verification of your identity does not replace your obligations for co-performers or your own recordkeeping.

4. Content rights and restrictions

You retain ownership and grant the license described in the Terms. You represent that your creator content is original or properly licensed, lawful, consensual, accurately described, and free of unauthorized third-party material. You may not upload content prohibited by the Community Guidelines or content governed by an exclusive license that prevents distribution on FetNet.

5. Pricing, virtual items, and payouts

You may set prices only where FetNet provides that control. FetNet may set minimums, maximums, platform fees, refund rules, reserves, and fraud controls. Rubies and tips are virtual items unless a separate written payout program expressly allows redemption. Creator status alone does not promise earnings, conversion, or payout. Before any real-money payout program begins, FetNet will present applicable rates, timing, identity/tax requirements, processor terms, and withdrawal rules for acceptance.

6. Taxes and independent status

You act independently and are not an employee, partner, agent, or representative of FetNet. You are responsible for your equipment, permits, business registrations, insurance, tax filings, and taxes. Nothing in this Agreement authorizes you to bind FetNet.

7. Privacy and verification materials

Creator applications may include legal identity, contact details, government-ID images, a selfie with ID, social links, content plans, payment preferences, and wallet information. FetNet uses these materials for verification, fraud prevention, safety, creator administration, and legal compliance as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit another person’s identity document.

8. Live content and services

You are responsible for everything shown or heard on your live broadcast and for ending it if an unauthorized person, minor, illegal act, or private information appears. Creator listings do not authorize in-person sexual services or any conduct prohibited where it occurs.

9. Complaints, refunds, and cooperation

Respond promptly and honestly to authenticity, consent, copyright, safety, and transaction questions. FetNet may hold access, reverse virtual transactions, remove content, or suspend creator tools while investigating suspected fraud, rights violations, or safety concerns. Any consumer refund rights required by law remain unaffected.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using creator features at any time, subject to outstanding obligations. FetNet may suspend or terminate creator access for failed verification, policy violations, fraud risk, rights disputes, legal requirements, or material safety risk. Sections concerning records, ownership, liability, investigations, and amounts properly owed survive as applicable.

11. Your promise to FetNet

You will indemnify FetNet as stated in the Terms for claims arising from your creator content, missing or false releases, age or identity misrepresentation, infringement, tax obligations, or unlawful creator activity. The limitations, dispute provisions, and change process in the Terms also apply.

Copyright Notices

If you believe material on FetNet infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@fetnet.app containing: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; the exact URL or enough information to locate the material; your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the rights owner.

Affected users may submit a counter-notice identifying the removed material and its prior location, consenting to the jurisdiction required by applicable law, accepting service of process, and stating under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification. FetNet may forward notices and counter-notices to affected parties and will maintain a repeat-infringer policy.
